On ... The Domaine des 2 Moulins
Daniel MACAULT is a lover ... of wine, nature, terroirs and beautiful things. Passion and experience are the hallmarks of the work being done on the vineyard to give the best of the vines. His field is conducted in sustainable agriculture, under the acronym "Agriconfiance" and Sustainable Development. The wine chain is totally mastered on the estate with the cellar chef Séverine in the company of Jean-Michel Monnier that no longer presents.
The Rosé de Loire that we offer has a ruby color with delicate purple hues ... almost bluish. The nose is sweet and captivating. The roundness of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, currants) is pleasantly in the mouth with an impression of freshness that brings a sweetness and that makes a very nice dry rosé of guard ... and greediness.
The new kid of the season : The Cabernet of Anjou by the bottle: fireworks on the nose, caramelized cooked red fruits on attack and spicy notes of vanilla close the olfactory expression giving a pretty sweetness. The attack on the palate is like the nose: sweet, generous and greedy.
More and more, you will come to the Square for its jars ... BUT ALSO FOR ITS WINES!
