These general conditions of sale are an integral part of the contract. Any customer of the “London Hotel & Apartments” acknowledges having the capacity to contract under the conditions described in the conditions of sale presented below, ie having the legal majority and not being under guardianship or guardianship.
Any customer of the "London Hotel & Apartments" acknowledges having read these conditions of sale before placing his order. Therefore, taking an order entails full acceptance of the general conditions of sale of the London Hotel & Apartments and unreserved acceptance of all of their provisions.

Price display
VAT and service charges are included in our rates.
The tourist tax is not included in our rates. It is set each year by the Agglomeration Community of Saumur Loire Development, applicable per night and for anyone over 18 years.
Booking conditions
For any reservation of a stay, we ask the payment of deposit corresponding to 30% of the stay.
In the event that no deposit is paid, you will be asked for a bank guarantee (the full number of the credit card, its expiry date and its security code)
Terms of cancellation
For short stays (less than or equal to 3 nights)
- Cancellations more than 48h prior to arrival: the hotel will not charge a credit card fee or return the deposit check.
- In case of late cancellation (- 48h) or no show: the hotel will charge or invoice the equivalent of one night to the guest.
For longer stays (greater than 3 nights)
- Cancellation less than 8 days before the stay: the deposit is not refunded. In the case of a bank card guarantee, 30% of the stay is taken.
- In case of late cancellation (- 48h) or no show: the hotel will charge or invoice 50% of the total cost of the stay (except in case of force majeure).
Case of force majeure
Cases of force majeure are events which are beyond the control of the parties, which they could not reasonably be expected to foresee and which they could not reasonably avoid or overcome, insofar as their occurrence renders the execution totally impossible. obligations.
This will be the case, for example, in the case of strikes in the means of transport, hotel staff, insurrection, riot and any prohibition imposed by the governmental or public authorities.
It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends, for the parties, the performance of their mutual obligations.
Duration:
Rooms are available from 15 hours and must be vacated at 11 hours.
Breakfast
The breakfast buffet is not included in the room rate.
Parking
Private and closed parking is available on site, upon reservation. It is paying. The hotel is not responsible for any theft or damage to the vehicle.
Animals of Coy
Pets are allowed for an extra charge per pet per night.
downgrades
Any degradation noted during the client's stay will be billed. It may also be covered by the customer's liability insurance.
The hotel is entirely non-smoking. Thank you to respect this order by delicacy for the next occupants of your room and the staff of the hotel. Otherwise, this will be considered as a degradation that may result in the payment of an additional night or more.
disputes
Any dispute relating to any contract concluded by "Le Londres Hôtel & Appartements" will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the head office of "Le Londres Hôtel & Appartements".
