Focus on ... health checks
Since the beginning of our adventure, we wanted to share with you the result of health and hygiene checks which take place in all establishments such as our dear Dames de la Loire (the Chef's restaurant) ... Since April 3, 2017, consumers have access to the results of health checks carried out since March 1, 2017 in all establishments in the food chain. They make it possible to know the level of hygiene of the establishments of production, transformation and distribution of your food products. All the results are published on the Alim'confiance application for smartphones running on iOS, Android or Windows Phone and on www.alim-confiance.gouv.fr.
Here is what we found for the restaurant of our Chef Jean-Pierre… (everyone knowing that Les Dames de la Loire was called before La Taverne d'Antoine…) Thank you Chef for being so demanding and so hygienic!

« They say that the Dive is the largest natural wine fair ... They say that the people there are a little crazy and the atmosphere is quite ole-ole ... All this is not false-false ...
Phew pseudo-in offs, the Dive is first and foremost a great party! A sort of Saint-Vins-Vivants one month after New Year's Eve ... The winegrowers meet their fellow earthly brothers there and meet their audience, more and more numerous, more and more emotional, because these wines create links. Tight. Beyond the taste of the wine, the selection of the Dive is due to the good man. Sometimes even beautiful. The family grows each year, swelled by young motivated young people or discreet forgotten. We even find uncles in America, cousins in Africa, ancestors in Georgia, brothers in Italy ... » Thanks to Sylvie Augereau for creating this grandiose Salon and for these borrowed words…
And THANKS to all these winegrowers who trust us by coming to stay 2 to 3 nights in London… we have concocted a Special Winegrower breakfast this year with country pie, rabbit & chicken liver pâtés, Chef's rillettes, cold cuts & cheeses galore, scrambled eggs and omelet… they looked happy! to renew !

« It takes patience when his hotel mom spends 2 hours at Ambiance and Style to choose the future elements that will make up the beautiful London Brunch buffet ... So, armed with his camera, I walked around the shelves in search of my own finds and my artistic photos ... I'll let you discover ... But I take this opportunity above all to tell you that the LONDON BRUNCH will be TOP ! If I understood correctly, it will consist of a sublimated breakfast: market fruits, fresh citrus juice, cold meats & cheeses, warm eggs & rillauds, sea bass salad, bar muesli, salmon, pancakes, pastries from the Duchess Anne and bread from Joseph… not to mention Jean-Pierre's jars and a few surprises… I promised mom not to tell you everything ...
