On… Pineapple Pain de Sucre
You've tasted it on our menus for several times, but do you really know it? The Sugarloaf is an original variety, much appreciated for its high sugar level and its honey taste. The fruit is easily recognized by its particularly elongated conical shape and its pale flesh. Highly sought after by connoisseurs for its rarity, it is also acclaimed by the greatest chefs in gastronomy for its powerful and refined taste. Always green, this pineapple is a bit neglected by consumers who are reluctant to buy a pineapple that never seems to reach maturity. It can be eaten as well as a dessert or as an accompaniment to dishes (meat, seafood) ...
What happiness ... you will now look at it differently and appreciate it at its true value ... this week, it goes wonderfully with our curry risotto ... We saliva in advance!

This week, we were asked to organize a seminar for a large national company.
Delighted to launch this new service, we took up the challenge with flying colors and the enthusiasm of the participants at their departure convinced us that there is a niche for quality seminars in London and Le Carré.
Our room 35m2 equipped with WePresent technology gives everyone the opportunity to directly connect their computer to the giant screen and can accommodate groups of 15 to 20 people. The break pleased the most greedy with, among other things, the chouquettes of the Duchess Anne ... and the lunch in jars made a qualitative, gustatory and quantitative success!
The next seminar is with a company from Saumur… we are going to make our hole little by little and surely very quickly!

I told you about the Festival Ar (T) and OFF Horse last week ... I therefore have the pleasure of presenting to you Jacques BLEZOT exhibiting in London until January 12, 2018.
Jacques Blézot is as adorable as he is a renowned artist. From an artistic and advertising background, he evolved as storyboarder, illustrator and artistic director of Publicis from 1972 to 2010. Since 2000, his works have been exhibited in renowned places.
He won the 1st prize at the Banner Festival in Chantilly, the Défi Artistique at the Reference Gallery in Paris and 2 prizes on the occasion of Ar (T) Cheval: 1st Prize 2009 and Special Jury Prize 2011… when I tell you that he is a Great Man and that we are very proud to welcome him to London: THANK YOU MONSIEUR JACQUES!
