Do not miss out on our white wine mackerel this week.
Cooked beautifully, you will discover that it can be tender to perfection. And did you know ... the mackerel is a fish with a slender, silver body and a dark green striped back. It is a salt water fish, semi-fat, very popular for its flesh. It belongs to the same family as tuna. It is rich in vitamin B complex and vitamin D, as well as several minerals such as selenium, iron and iodine. It is one of the richest omega-3 fish, promoting a good immune, circulatory and hormonal functioning. Finally, it is an excellent source of complete proteins sinceit contains the nine essential amino acids (those which are not produced by our organism and which must come from our food).
So 1 only thing to do ... consume without moderation!
