Focus on ... the fisherman's sauerkraut
… An unknown or beloved dish! Which you will inevitably succumb to… It is in season, it is a specialty from the other end of France but you would never have believed that a Chef from Saumur could do it so well and in a jar! As with other fish recipes, the salmon and cod are cooked at a low temperature. The cabbage is bought raw and cooked with bacon and high quality wine… as for warmed white butter and potatoes that don't taste like the fridge… and yes, it does exist! Secrets and methods of the Chef, he will definitely amaze us.
And if you still need an argument… the personal anecdote is that we got married in Alsace and that on the menu there was… a seafood sauerkraut… in all modesty I can therefore say that I know what I'm talking about. Come taste and let me know about it!

Maison Mixmelô was founded by Fatimata Bailly. A true citizen of the world, she cherishes diversity and wishes for Maison Mixmelô a happy mix of influences from around the world.
For the launch of the first collection, it is Mali, her country of origin that she is celebrating by crossing the two cultures of France and Africa. Maison Mixmelô works with so-called “African” fabrics to offer a Western stylistic line.
A unique style where colors, cheerfulness and elegance are there to sublimate our female bodies.
Today's world is cosmopolitan. Maison Mixmelô is the result of these crossbreeding. Crossbreeding of cultures, crossbreeding of genres, mixing of ideas. Maison Mixmelô is the balance between elegance and daring. Curved cuts, slender and cut to the millimeter. Subtle details, refined and chosen with care.
Maison Mixmelô offers hand-sewn pieces close to a craftsmanship made by a family workshop in the heart of Porto. Silhouettes made for the love of beauty and quality.
A single credo for Maison Mixmelô: ôser, and make you an ôdacieuse who plays with colors and prints. Far beyond mass fashion, Maison Mixmelô aims to be an intimate, human, sincere and above all committed fashion brand.
