It perfumes, colors and enhances the aroma of all your dishes, giving them a beautiful saffron colour. Its ingredients: sweet pepper, turmeric, mixture of various spices and saffron (3%)
The name of the product comes from the contraction between “ESPIG” from the name of its creator and “Gold” in reference to the superior quality saffron contained in the product or “red gold”. Our Spigol is natural, i.e. without preservatives and dyes.
Since 1876, it has been the reference product used to color and flavor your preparations. It is part of the DNA of Mediterranean cuisine for seasoning rice dishes and of course paella. the Spigol also offers its southern accent to fish pastas and soups, bouillabaisse and rouille, potatoes and poultry and vegetable dishes.
To use it, it's simple: just dilute 1 dose of 0.4g in 250ml of cooking water for 125g of food...
