It has been 1 year since London presents its new faces to you and has become a Place of Life in saumurois… This Lady of London who celebrated her 180th birthday last year was once again open to Saumur residents… It offers itself to you in its finery in its Winter Garden in Eiffel structure to serve you ses lunches in fresh, local jars et his Tea time 7 days on 7… Without forgetting his gourmet Brunch every Sunday.

And what is the common point of these 3 exceptional moments? the jars of Jean-Pierre KAUSZ of course! Since June 2017 that we serve you, it is not less than 280 dishes which came out of his imagination: 84 starters, 112 main courses and 84 desserts ... the feat being that they are as beautiful and good in jars as on a plate with impeccable quality and freshness.

This fortnight, you will have the immense pleasure of rediscovering the SIGNATURES dishes that make it so unique : I present to you among other things the blond foie gras served the first week, the land and sea sauerkraut which we had been robbed in a few days, the mushroom risotto and pan-fried oyster mushrooms from Puy Notre-Dame as well as a panna cotta with the thyme-lemon infusion topped with a strawberry confit and the famous Monsieur K Cake, a Signature declined with the seasons ...
