The sun is in hearts and in our menu ... what a joy to send you this beautiful March menu which will still delight so many gourmets, gourmets but also gourmets!

Barley, veal, chicory, brie, pineapple ... for the ingredients that were desired ... as well as other "special comfort" dishes ... winter or spring? In fact we no longer know. The essential is on the plate or rather in the jar.
