Focus on ... Joseph
But who is this handsome Joseph, the aptly named in this month of December? Well he's the grandfather of François Godineau, creator of Joseph and owner of the Duchess Anne.
The London SQUARE has the chance to offer you every day fresh and crispy baguettes of the beautiful sign. Delivered in the morning baguettes, organic lumberjack bread (flour from the Moulin de Sarré), croissants, pains au chocolat and sugar brioches, hotel guests enjoy them for breakfast. Lucky, you are also lucky to accompany your jars every lunchtime 7 days a week, in the evening for hotel guests and every Sunday around Brunch. Joseph is 2 outlets on Saumur: Bd du Maréchal Juin (next to Picard) and Zone de Champ Blanchard in Distré, open from 7:30 am to 19:30 pm (except Sundays because bakers are not allowed to work 7 days a week ...), to be consumed on site or to take away… bread, cakes and savory specialties.

We are pleased to introduce you to Pauline!
New receptionist in London, she will also have the pleasure of serving you at the SQUARE… From parent bakers (that's definitely the theme of this Newsletter!), She notably studied at Calcot Manor in England and at La Mare aux Oiseaux, Michelin-starred restaurant nestled in the heart of the Brière marshes, a real little corner of paradise.
Smiling and very professional, she will satisfy more than one. We welcome him and flourish among us!

After the much appreciated Christmas decorations and the great success of our teddy bears at the windows, let's enter a little more into the heart of Advent with the presentation of our crèche which takes pride of place in the London living room.
