A full page in the Courrier de l'Ouest ... we remained open during the entire confirmation to welcome the caregivers who lived more than 30km from the Saumur hospital or the rare workers who could move.
Beautiful moments of sharing where caregivers had the impression of "living a night's vacation between two guards" ... or how the ordinary turns into the extraordinary.
This is also why we love our job!

What about hotels and restaurants in all of this?
The hotels to start:
- we never had the obligation to close and therefore remained open (with 1 or 2 other colleagues) taking all the necessary health precautions.
- to ensure deconfinement in the best conditions, for our staff and customers alike, a very comprehensive health label has been finalized between the State and the hotel unions.
The hotel industry, once again, will be the only type of accommodation to offer this level of service and security to its customers.
However for catering:
- everything remains to be defined (dates and conditions for re-opening). You will therefore have to wait a while to come back and enjoy our beautiful Winter Garden or our south-facing terrace ...
- the same goes for Brunch ... but you will be the first to know, do not doubt it!

You have had some news from the little Chovet family who left for Winchester for 1 year ... As you can imagine, our dear virus got the better of our adventure ...
Our end clap is therefore announced for the end of May (instead of the end of July). We will have benefited from it for 7 months and we will make the most of it! We are showing you a preview photo and will give you all the details when you come to CARRE.
